(TP/8')((FS) A mystical herb in the East for centuries, the red coloring produced from the leaf was considered to represent the blood and fire of the earth and to bond mankind with nature, giving rise to its use to dye nails, hands, feet and hair. The Berbers still color corpses as well as babies with the dye and use it in marriage ceremonies. Produces a very strong hair dye. Can be grown in a container for colder climates to bring indoors in winter.
