Saltwort Seed
(A/10-18”)(FS/PS) Also known as Land Seaweed or Okahijiki in Japan, where it is a traditional culinary herb enjoyed for its succulent crunchy leaves. Young leaves are used fresh in salads and sushi and longer stems are steamed and used as a side dish.
