An all purpose English fuggle hybrid released by the USDA in 1976. Willamette is a traditional English ale type with a mild aroma that's slightly spicy, fruity and a little earthy. Used to make Pale Ale, ESB, Bitter, English style Ales, Porter and Stouts.
