Developed in the UK in Kent and Sussex counties late 19th centuary. Traditional aroma hop with a mild, spicy aroma. More earthy and less sweet than Kent Goldings. Substitutes: Willamette. We highly recommend this variety for a fast, vigorous growing hop to use for shade or as a privacy screen. alpha 4-5.5% |
