Tahoma Hop Rhizome

Tahoma is an offspring from Glacier with it's characteristic low cohumulone giving it a smoother bitterness. An aroma hop with citrusy notes of lemon and grapefruit plus added cedar, pine, pepper and a hint of green melon. Recently released by Washington State University in 2013, Tahoma retains its acid content in storage well and is a very stable hop. Alpha acids 7.2-8.2%   Beta acids 8.5- 9.5%
