Liberty Hop Rooted Rhizome
American 1983 cross between Hallertauer Mittlefrüh (USDA 21397) and downy mildew resistant male (USDA 64035M). Spicy cinnamon, resiny, and slightly sweet flavors; subtle lemon and citrus characteristics. It is an early ripening variety and similar in techtnical data and aroma to Hallertau Mittelfrueh.
Best as a finishing hop in German style lagers. Recommended for German/American lagers, Pilsners, Bocks, Kolsch, Wheats.
