Perle Hops Rhizome - Certified Organic
An early maturing German variety with good aroma and clean, minty, medium bittering properties. Origianlly bred from English Northern Brewer hops in 1978 at the Hull Hop Institute in Germany. Perle is a dual-purpose hop, often used in combination with other hops. Spicy and slightly floral/fruity. Medium yield.
Used to brew: Pale Ales, Porters, Stouts, Lagers, Barley Wines. Substitutes: Hallertaur, Mt. Hood

Please inspect your hops upon arrival. Some formation of mycorrhizal fungi is normal. Open the bag and allow fresh air in. Dampen if necessary, and store in the refrigerator or plant immediately. Growing instructions included.
