Fall Salmon Celebration

Don't miss our Salmon Walk and Herbal Dinner. Come and experience this beautiful event when the salmon come back to their spawning grounds to complete their life cycle while starting a new one. Then feast on a six course homemade herbal dinner from appetizers to dessert. The day will start at one o'clock with appetizers and beverages (you are welcome to bring your own wine with no corking fee) followed by a walkabout to see the salmon spawning in our streams and hear details of our restoration projects.   Get an up close and in depth look at salmon spawning with this underwater video of Chinook in Crooked Creek.

We will come back from our walk and warm up with a cup of seasonal soup. A tasty winter salad of locally grown greens with your choice of specialty dressings and homemade breads and spreads precedes the main course of wild caught Sockeye Salmon seasoned with our special herb mixture then grilled over a charcoal fire. And last but not least we will create a decadent treat of some kind to satisfy everyone's sweet tooth, served alongside coffee or our spiced apple cider. While the menu is subject to availability, the quality never varies! Our gift shop will be open after the event to pick up mementos or do a little early holiday shopping.

The dinner and walk is $45 per person.

To conserve resources, we are NOT mailing out paper tickets this year.

Be sure to bring outdoor shoes or boots and rain gear or umbrella for the walkabout. 

We will be eating in an outdoor space, so please dress warmly!
