Arnica, European Seed - Arnica montana
Description and Uses: Arnica is currently used in liniment and ointment preparations used for strains, sprains, and bruises. Produces a leafy green rosette with showy yellow daisy-like flowers. Protect the plant from hot sun as it burns easily.
Seed Germinating Tips: Start seeds indoors to regulate temperature, moisture and light. Barely cover seed with soil and plastic wrap to retain moisture. Harden off plants in a sheltered location for a week to reduce shock. Transplant outdoors after true leaves form.
