Option 1: Muffaletta Sandwich- Cheese & herb focaccia bread smeared with olive tapenade and layered with salami, pepperoni, pepperoncini, provolone, tomatoes and spinach.
Option 2: Turkey Wrap- Herbed cream cheese, pepperoncini, lettuce, shredded carrot and red onion in a colorful wrap, with thin sliced roasted turkey.
Option 3: Veggie Salad- Savory roasted local tofu with pepperoncini, lettuce, shredded carrot, apple slices, sunflower seeds, red cabbage and olives. House made herb vinaigrette on the side. (V/GF).
Your brown bag lunch will be available with your name on it in a cooler in the cedar shelter at 12:30.
