White Horehound Seeds
Marrubium vulgare
White horehound has been used as a cough remedy from the time of the Egyptians to the present day. Extracts are used as flavoring in foods and beverages, and the herb is still included in the Austrian and Hungarian pharmacopoeias as an expectorant, and remains popular in folk medicine.
