At The Thyme Garden we simply adore chives. One of our most popular side dishes is the creamy dill cucumbers we serve in summer. They are a great addition to borders and rock gardens and will come back each year!
 
Delicate onion flavor, used in soups, omelettes, salads, garnishes, etc. Break up flowerheads and sprinkle over soups and salads. A profusion of dark pink flowers also make a nice addition to the flower garden.
