Enjoy a relaxed day in the country taking in beautiful handmade artwork, display gardens and forest trails. Browse our nursery for herb starts, grab lunch and a beverage at one of our food booths, and enjoy live local musicians. It's pretty much a perfect day!

Booth size: 10 x 10. Artists are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, etc.
 
Also, any booth preferences and special details for setup/etc. that you want us to know.
 
Booth fee: $75. Non-refundable
 
Set up: 
Friday, May 8th: After 3 pm 
Please do not arrive earlier, we need time to lay out booth spaces.
Saturday, May 9th: Before 10:30 am
 
More details:
No Dogs/Pets: There are NO DOGS at the event. Inavale boarding,  Muddy Dog or Ark Animal Hospital are local boarding options.
No cell service - plan to use wireless/be able to take payment in offline mode.
No camping (but there are campgrounds and air BnB close by)
Wireless has become more dependable but we recommend being prepared to run cards in offline mode if necessary.
 
The event is rain or shine within reason. In 30 years we did have to cancel once because our parking field was flooded. If that happens again we will gladly issue you a refund.
 
For wet weekends, please bring rugs/mats for your booth to help save the lawn.
 
NON-REFUNDABLE:
This reservation is non-refundable. We can not issue refunds in the event that you can not make it.
