Red Epazote Seeds
Chenopodium ambrosiodes
 
An exotic variety of epazote with striking red-tinged leaves that are larger than common epazote. A great addition to the spice garden, especially when paired with tall, airy blue-green hues of Pipicha and low growing Mexican Cilantro, or Culantro.
 
Use in bean dishes or soups for exotic flavor and carminative affect.
