Luffa Seeds
Luffa aegyptiata
Grows as a vine like cucumbers or melons, can also be trained on a trellis. The young luffas can be eaten as a vegetable. When they are left to mature and dried they produce the luffa sponge used for bathing or to scrub vegetables.
