Tahoma Hops Rhizome
Tahoma is an offspring from Glacier with it's characteristic low cohumulone giving it a smoother bitterness. An aroma hop with citrusy notes of lemon and grapefruit plus added cedar, pine, pepper and a hint of green melon. Recently released by Washington State University in 2013, Tahoma retains its acid content in storage well and is a very stable hop.

Please inspect your hops upon arrival. Some formation of mycorrhizal fungi is normal. Open the bag and allow fresh air in. Dampen if necessary, and store in the refrigerator or plant immediately. Growing instructions included.
