Amarillo® VGXPOL cv. Hop Cones
Discovered and patented by Virgil Gamache Farms in Washington. Amarillo is a medium bittering hop with a distinct flowery, spicy, grapefruit-like aroma that can be used as a substitute for Cascade. Because of it's low cohumulone level it can be used effectively for bittering as well as aroma and flavor.
