One of Bethany’s favorites in the edible flower garden! Lovely orange-pink flowers on spikes above blue-green foliage. A subtle licorice flavor to the petals that brings a nice sweetness to fruit salad. We like to add them to our green salad for a touch of anise. Add them to bouquets for a bright and festive pop of color. Easy to grow, great border plant. Also known as Hummingbird Mint - the hummingbirds love it! Drought resistant, deer resistant...there's just too much to love about this plant!
