Liberty Hop Rhizome
American 1983 cross between Hallertauer Mittlefrüh (USDA 21397) and downy mildew resistant male (USDA 64035M). Spicy (cinnamon), resiny, and slightly sweet flavors and subtle lemon and citrus characteristics. It is an early ripening variety and similar in techtnical data and aroma to Hallertau Mittelfrueh. Best as a finishing hop in German style lagers. Recommended for German/American lagers, Pilsners, Bocks, Kolsch, Wheats.alpha 3-5%

Please inspect your hops upon arrival. Some formation of mycorrhizal fungi is normal. Open the bag and allow fresh air in. Dampen if necessary, and store in the refrigerator or plant immediately. Growing instructions included.
