Forms umbels of beautiful rose-purple flowers. Attractive dark green lance shaped leaves and flowers are a food source for the butterflies and bees. We get lots of Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly catapillers on ours every year. Tea made from the roots is used as a diuretic, laxative, carminative, heart tonic and to treat asthma and rheumatism.
